(A) MHCC97-H cells were injected into nude mice. (B) After 3-4 weeks, the subcutaneous tumors were treated with RFA. (C) After 2–3 weeks, the tumors were removed. (D) Single cells were separated from the tumors by tissue-grinding and sieve-filtrating. (E) The cells were then injected into the right lobe of the liver. (F) After 3–4 weeks, intrahepatic HCCs were identified by CT/PET. (G) The liver was anatomized and separated to show the intrahepatic lesions/intrahepatic nodules formed by HCC cells.
