(B, C) mRNA expression levels of the genes controlled by AR-V7 (B) or AR-FL (C). 22Rv1 cells were pre-treated with the indicated concentrations of investigated compounds in 0.1% FBS/RPMI media for 30 min followed by co-treatment with 20 nM DHT for another 24 h. (D) Analysis of AR-V7 expression in 22Rv1 cells lines treated with compounds (2) and (4) for 48 h. Signal intensity was quantified with Quantity One 4.6 software and normalized to the signal of α-tubulin.
