In the version of our Review published on March 1, 2018, we erroneously stated that certain scaffolds created for an “off-the-shelf” graft were seeded with autologous endothelium. We also cited a Review article in support of this statement rather than the research article that served as the original source. We have now modified the entire sentence to clarify the cause of patient deaths, extent of graft function, and citation source, and the online version of the article has been amended to include these corrections.
