Hsp90 conformational change rate measured by the FRET-based assay in the presence of allosteric activators, compared to the NTD inhibitor Radicicol (RDC). Conformational dynamics were initiated by adding AMP-PNP (1 mM) in the presence of 50 μM test compounds. The rates in the inset are calculated by exponential fitting of the data relative to control DMSO/AMP-PNP.
