Airyscan super resolution microscopy of HEK293T and GALE, MGAT1 and COG4 KO cells was used to determine if the Golgi structure (marked by GM130(cis, green) and Rab6 (trans, red)) is affected in MGAT1 and GALE cells. Golgi of WT, MGAT1 and GALE KO cells are not fragmented, while COG4 KO cells demonstrate intense Golgi fragmentation. Nuclear DNA was stained with Hoechst (blue). Scale bar 10 μm. Insert 3× zoom.
