In the article that appeared on Page 4937–4940, Vol 9, No 12 (December 2017) Issue of the Journal of Thoracic Disease (JTD) (1), the message of Guangdong Academy of Medical Science is missing from the affiliation information. The correct affiliation should be “Department of Adult Cardiac Surgery, Guangdong General Hospital, Guangdong Provincial Cardiovascular Institute, Guangdong Academy of Medical Science, Guangzhou 510100, China”.
