An error has been identified in the formula used to calculate VLDL1 production rate in the article cited above. This error does not affect the conclusions of the study as all groups and time points were similarly affected. It does change the absolute production rates, which require correction. The first sentence in the third paragraph under the subheading “Liver” in the results section has been corrected to read: “Hepatic VLDL1-triglyceride production rate was similar in the two groups at baseline: 411.0 ± 49.5 vs. 437.2 ± 32.4 mg/kg/day in responders vs. nonresponders.” Figure 2C also has been corrected (see new Fig. 2C below).
