Tissue sections (obtained from Case 174) were incubated with 5 μg/mL PcMab-47 (A, F), 0.5 μg/mL of 47-mG_2a (B, G), 0.5 μg/mL 47-mG_2a-f (C, H), or control (blocking buffer; D, I) for 1 h at room temperature followed by treatment with an Envision+ kit for 30 min. Color was developed using 3,3-diaminobenzidine tetrahydrochloride for 2 min, and sections were then counterstained with hematoxylin. (E, J) Hematoxylin & eosin staining. Arrows: endothelial cells.
