Anti‐IHF and anti‐HU antibodies disrupted preformed NTHI biofilms in vitro. 24‐hr NTHI biofilms were treated with the indicated purified IgG (30 μg) for 16 hr. Biofilms were washed with saline and stained with LIVE/DEAD ^® stain. COMSTAT analysis was employed to calculate average thickness (a) and biomass (b). All in vitro biofilm assays were repeated a minimum of three times on separate days. Data are presented as mean values ± standard error of the mean.
