The distribution of the Young’s moduli of cells is shown as scattered plots for treatment with different concentrations of α-mangostin for 24 h. The logarithmic average of the Young’s moduli is shown at the top of each plot. Each condition shows the Young’s modulus of more than 25 independent cells, and the surface of each cell was measured 25 times on top of the nucleus.
