We omit the "Editorial" for the purpose of presenting to the readers of the Journal the proceedings of the recent meeting held in Buffalo, N. Y., to obtain the opinion of a number of the leading dental practitioners on the advisability of organising the Section of Oral and Dental Surgery in the International Medical Congress. This report is from the December No. of the Independent Practitioner The Editor of the Journal was unable to be present in response to a notice from Prof. Taft, but he cordially endorses the action of the gentlemen who met for consultation.
