The April 20, 2016, article by Hart et al entitled “Trends in Health-Related Quality of Life After a Diagnosis of Ductal Carcinoma In Situ” (J Clin Oncol 34:1323-1329, 2016) was published with errors.
In Figure 3, the x-axis is missing in parts A, B, and C for PCS Score and parts A, B, and C for MCS Score. The x-axis for column 1 should read Controls, the x-axis for column 2 should read < 2, the x-axis for column 3 should read 2-4, the x-axis for column 4 should read 5-9, and the x-axis for column 5 should read ≥ 10.
In Figure 4, parts A and B, the x-axis is also missing. In both parts A and B, the x-axis for column 1 should read 20-44, the x-axis for column 2 should read 45-54, the x-axis for column 3 should read 55-64, and the x-axis for column 4 should read 65-74.
The online version has been corrected in departure from the print. Journal of Clinical Oncology apologizes for the error.
