The November 20, 2012, article by Emanuel et al, entitled “Myeloproliferative Neoplasm (MPN) Symptom Assessment Form Total Symptom Score: Prospective International Assessment of an Abbreviated Symptom Burden Scoring System Among Patients With MPNs” (J Clin Oncol 30:4098-4103, 2012), contained an error.
The thirty-eighth author's name was incorrectly spelled as Maria L. Ferarri and should have been spelled as Maria L. Ferrari. The authors apologize for the mistake.
