Author Correction

The January 1, 2013, article by Kovalchik et al, entitled “Absolute Risk Prediction of Second Primary Thyroid Cancer Among 5-Year Survivors of Childhood Cancer” (J Clin Oncol 31:119-127, 2013), contained an error.

In Table 2, under M3, the relative risk for the radiation dose (exponential term) was given as −0.60, whereas it should have been −0.06.

The authors apologize for the mistake.
