Insights into the Mechanisms of Basal Coordination of Transcription Using a Genome-Reduced Bacterium

As a result of an error in a software script, Figure 3 and Figure S2 in the originally published version of this article contained systematic errors in the calculated lengths of intergenic regions. We inadvertently overwrote a variable in a script used to analyze RNA-seq data, which resulted in the incorrect processing of the read length of paired-end sequencing pairs. The error affected the length of reads along the entire genome. However, the correlations reported in the original paper were still observed. The corrected Figure 3 and Figure S2 are shown here. No changes to the text were required, and the corrected figures do not affect the conclusions of the manuscript. We apologize for the error and any inconvenience that may have resulted.
