The January 10, 2017 article by Fischer et al, entitled “Outcome of Men With Relapse After Adjuvant Carboplatin for Clinical Stage I Seminoma,” (J Clin Oncol 35:194-200, 2017) was published with an error.
Umberto Basso’s affiliation was given incorrectly as “Istituto di Ricovero e Cura a Carattere Scientifico, Padova, Italy.” It should have been given as “Umberto Basso, Istituto Oncologico Veneto IOV IRCCS, Padova, Italy.”
The online version has been corrected in departure from the print. Journal of Clinical Oncology apologizes for the error.
