There was an error in the forward genotyping primer for the Ptgs1 intron 2 (e). The correct sequence should be (e) 5′-GCAGATCCTGTGTTTCTAATATCTG-3′. Additionally, the primer sequences for (f) and (g) were inadvertently reversed. The correct primers should be (f) 5′-GTACAATCACACTGGTAGTTGTCG-3′ and (g) 5′-GACATGGATTGGAACAGCAAGG-3′.
