Fifty-nine isolates were used for this study. Comparisons between the prevalence of antibiotic-resistant isolates at each of the sampling sites were conducted using a Chi-square for independence test. Antibiotic-resistant bacteria were most prevalent at the “River: Shinoroshinkawa” site, with statistical significance at P < 0.01.
