(A-C) The Np9 stably “knock-down” TIVE-LTC or control cells (approximately 5 × 105 cells were mixed at a ratio of 1:1 with growth factor-depleted Matrigel) were injected subcutaneously into the right and left flanks of nude mice, respectively.
