Correction

In the article by Vandenberk et al, “Which QT Correction Formulae to Use for QT Monitoring?” which published online June 17, 2016, and appeared in the June 2016 issue of the journal (J Am Heart Assoc. 2016; 5:e003264 DOI: 10.1161/JAHA.116.003264), on page 2, in the Methods section, under the heading “QT Correction,” the Hodges formula, an error was found. The Hodges formula currently states, Hodges12: QTcH=QT+0.00175 ([60/RR]–60). The correct formula is as follows, QTcH=QT+1.75×([60/RR]–60).

The authors regret the error.
