Physical interactions of MUC20 and MET occur in PDAC cells. a Physical interactions of MUC20 with MET were revealed by co-immunoprecipitation assay (Co-IP). Whole cell lysates were immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-MET antibody and then western blotted (WB) with anti-MUC20 or anti-MET antibody. b Truncated MUC20 still interacted with MET. Truncated MUC20 with a C-terminal deletion of 53 amino acids, MUC20 (△53 a.a.), was constructed. Co-IP assays showed that both wild-type and truncated MUC20 interacted with MET. c MUC20 overexpression enhanced phosphorylation of MET in HPAC and HPAF-II cells treated with 25 ng/ml HGF.
