After the treatment of Bel-7402 cells with different concentrations of compound 1 for 48 h, ROS production were assayed by the fluorescence intensity of DCF with the enzyme-immunoassay instrument at an excitation wavelength of 485 nm and an emission wavelength of 535 nm.
