Isoalantolactone inhibited the cell growth and induced cell death in prostate cancer cells. LNCaP, PC-3 and DU-145 cells were treated with indicated doses of isoalantolactone in the presence or absence of NAC for 24 h and cell viability was measured by MTT assay.
