The mRNA expression of MMP-1 was evaluated by RT-PCR after CopA3 treatment on fibroblast CCD-986sk. After CCD-986sk cells (5 × 105 cells) were grown and exposed to UVB for 1 min, the cells were treated with 5, 10 and 25 µg/mL of CopA3. The mRNA transcripts were detected by RT-PCR. GAPDH was used as internal control. All experiments were performed in triplicate. Values shown are means ± SEM (n = 3). * p < 0.05 versus the control group.
