LBP rescues 6-OHDA-induced changes in nuclear morphology. Nuclear morphology was assessed using DAPI staining. (A) shows normal culture medium nucleic morphology, (B,C) respectively show cells cultured in 600 μg/mL LBP or 75 μM 6-OHDA for 24 h. In addition, cells were pretreated with 100 μg/mL (D), 300 μg/mL (E) or 600 μg/mL (F) LBP for 24 h and then incubated in 6-OHDA (75 μM) for an additional 24 h.
