There were two errors in this article as originally published:

Coauthor Olga L. Sarmiento was listed with an affiliation—Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Research Institute—that does not apply to her (only “Universidad de los Andes Bogota, Colombia” is a correct affiliation for her); and.

The version of Table 4 presented in the article was not the correct version of the table.

The original article has been corrected.
