TLR7 stimulation alterates intratumoral immune infiltrates.

WT (A-G) or TLR7 KO (H-N) C57BL/6 mice received subcutaneous injection of LLC-luc cells, followed by 4 injections of CL264 (red) or PBS (blue), on days 0, 3, 6 and 9. The percentages and absolute numbers of immune cells were analyzed 10 days after. Radar plot representation for immune cell subpopulations is shown in (A) and (H). Representative flow cytometry image of Gr1+CD11b+ MDSC cells in WT (B) and in TLR7 KO mice (I), having received PBS or CL264. Percentages and absolute numbers of each cell population in WT (C-G) and in TLR7 KO mice (J-N). Data are mean ± SEM (5 mice/group). *: p < 0,05, **: p < 0,01, ***: p < 0,0001. ns = not significant. Each experiment was repeated three times.
