TLR7 stimulation alterates intratumoral immune infiltrates.

WT (A-G) or TLR7 KO (H-N) C57BL/6 mice received subcutaneous injection of LLC-luc cells, followed by 4 injections of CL264 (red) or PBS (blue), on days 0, 3, 6 and 9. The percentages and absolute numbers of immune cells were analyzed 10 days after. Radar plot representation for immune cell subpopulations is shown in (A) and (H).
