In “Therapeutic Implications of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stromal Cells in Attenuating Influenza A(H5N1) Virus-Associated Acute Lung Injury” by Loy et al [J Infect Dis 2019; doi: 219:186–96], although the authors mentioned ethics approval by the institutional review board, they did not specifically say that informed consent was obtained (it was).
