Table 1.

Identified mycovirus-like sequences, contig lengths, and their putative functions are shown in the table below, including the data source from which the virus sequence was recovered. These new contigs were identified as mitoviruses (MV) and were recovered from two different fungal hosts (Rd, Rhizophagus diaphanum; Rir, Rhizophagus irregularis).
