Research at Isla de Guadalupe, Mexico was conducted in collaboration with Fernando Elorriaga-Verplancken from CICIMAR-IPN under authorization of permits issued by Dirección General de Vida Silvestre (DGVS-SEMARNAT): SGPA/DGVS/00195/15 and SGPA/DGVS/05782/15, as well as the authorization of Comisión Nacional de Áreas Naturales Protegidas-Reserva de la Biosfera Isla Guadalupe (CONANP). The project would not have been possible without the participation of Dr Elorriaga-Verplancken, who organized data collection at Isla de Guadalupe and contributed intellectually to the overall project.
