CM was collected from five pairs of Om and Abdsc ASCs in the absence (−) or presence (+) of Dex, and the amount of activin A (A), active TGFβ (B), and IL-6 (C) was measured with quantitative immunoblotting, bioassay, and ELISA, respectively. D: Abdsc ASCs were differentiated with or without addition of CM (25% v/v).
