Stability of commercially available MK7 products, either from fermentation PI (Gnosis) and PIII (Sungen Bioscience) or from chemical synthesis PII (Kappa Biosciences), both in long term conditions (25 °C/60% RH; left panel) and accelerated conditions (40 °C/75% RH; right panel). At each experimental time, co-formulants are reported in sequence relative to different colors of bars: Formulation of MK7 with calcium citrate; calcium carbonate; arginine; and magnesium oxide.
