Reagents Supplies
• Reactive blood sample (plasma or serum) • Test tubes (gel cards if that method is used)
• Soluble substance (antigen, natural, or synthetic) • Pipettes
• Inert substance, such as albumin or saline • 37°C incubator
• Other reagents as appropriate, such as anti-IgG, IgG-coated RBCs • Centrifuge

RBCs = red blood cells.
