Coding Error in Cohort Study

PMCID: PMC6439875  PMID: 30830160

In the Original Investigation titled “Incidence of Hospitalization for Vaccine-Preventable Infections in Children Following Solid Organ Transplant and Associated Morbidity, Mortality, and Costs,”1 published online January 14, 2019, an incorrect code was used to identify patients with influenza, which resulted in 19 extra cases. This coding error did not affect any of the findings of the article. Data in the Abstract, Results and Discussion sections, Tables 2 and 3, and eTable 1 in the Supplement were corrected.
