a: LATS1/2 deleted cells were subjected to immunoblot analysis with antibodies to LATS1 and Actin.

b: LATS1/2 deletion promotes anchorage-independent growth of MB49, GL261, 67NR, 168FARN, MyC-CaP, CT26 and Panc02 cells, but inhibits MC38 (clone #5) in vitro. Soft-agar colony-formation assay was performed and the colonies were stained with crystal violet for quantification.
