When this article was first published online there was an error in Table 2.

The median week of Ondansetron initiation in Table 2 was presented with an incorrect standard deviation: “12.0 ± 30.9”. The median week of initiation with correct standard deviation is “12.0 ± 5.0”. The error did not affect any other results.
