It should be noted that the phase contrast image of the vector control panel (VEC) in Fig. 6A and the vector (Vec) and wildtype (WT) control panels in supporting Fig. S2 are the same images as the vector control panel (vector) in Fig. 6A and the vector (Vec) and wildtype (WT) panels in Fig. 6C from Liu, C.-Y., et al. (2010) J. Biol. Chem. 285, 37159–37169, respectively. These data were generated in the same set of experiments. These clarifications have no effect on the conclusions of this work.
