Overview of consensus structures of all CMs used for the annotation of flavivirus 3′UTRs. TBFV, ISFV, and NKV elements were refined from published experimental data (T.xrRNA1/2, I.xrRNA1/2, N.xrRNA) or identified computationally (T.SL6, I.Ra, I.Rb as well as all 3′-terminal stem-loop structures). MBFV elements were obtained from Rfam. Throughout this paper, all CMs are referred to by the name written in bold. References to xrRNA-like structures refer to the generalized xrRNA CM (Section 3.6).
