Introduction of Lipofectamine LTX/mRNA LNPs to cultured cells. Two LNP formulations were prepared by mixing GLuc mRNA with minimal or maximal volume of lipofectamine LTX solution that the manufactures suggest to use (Lipo-Min and Lipo-Max). LNP loaded with non-PEGylated mRNA and that loaded with 20 PEG-OligoRNAs/mRNA were transfected to HuH-7 cells. (a) GLuc protein concentration in the culture medium 4 h after the transfection. n = 6.
