The article, “Combat-Related Invasive Fungal Infections: Development of a Clinically Applicable Clinical Decision Support System for Early Risk Stratification,” that published Advance Access on August 14, 2018 contained errors.

The author affiliations for Matthew Wagner, Vivek Khatri, Seth Schobel, and Arnaud Belard should include “¶Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc., 6720A Rockledge Drive #100, Bethesda, MD 20817.”1 Additionally, Arnaud Belard is affiliated with “*Department of Surgery, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences & Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, 4301 Jones Bridge Road, Bethesda, MD 20814.”

The authors regret these errors.
