Top 10 clones with respect to clonal frequency yielded by TrueRepertoire™ Rank of the clones was calculated based on clonal frequencies in the TrueRepertoire™ result. In the V_H- V_L pair column, “H” and “L” denote heavy and light chains each. The numbers following “H” and “L” denote the rank of the respective chains with the respect of the corresponding read frequencies in the NGS results. The result of the binding activity test using phage ELISA was also represented.
