DHL reduced the LPS-induced NF-kB activation in RAW264.7 cells. (A) RAW264.7 cells were pre-treated with or without DHL (5 μM) for 0.5 h before LPS stimulation (100 ng/mL) for 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4 and 8 h. Cell lysates were analyzed by western blot. (B) Analysis of the ratios of phosphor-p65 (p-p65) and total-p65 (t-p65) was performed using Image J software. (C) RAW264.7 cells were pre-incubated with 5 μM DHL for 0.5 h before challenged with LPS (100 ng/mL) for 0.5 h. Translocation of the p65 subunit of NF-kB (Green) and nuclei (blue) were detected by immunofluorescence assay as described in Materials and Methods.
