The author Jerome Ezan was accidentally omitted from the full list of authors for this paper. The correct author list is as given above.

In addition, in the Fig. 1 legend, we accidentally reported the primary sequence location for the kinase-dead point mutation in human Dyrk1A (K188R), as opposed to the corresponding location for the kinase-dead point mutation in Xenopus Dyrk1A that was employed in the reported experiment (K180R).
