(Panel A) All measured renal pro-inflammatory cytokine contents after three weeks of DOCA-salt were lower in rats pretreated with RDN vs. Sham (*p<.05; Student’s unpaired t-test). (Panel B) Urinary cytokine excretion was reduced at Protocol Day 21 in RDN vs. Sham. Urine protein-to-creatinine ratio (UPCR) was lowered at Protocol Day 14 and 21 (#p<.05 vs. respective baseline (Day 0); *p<.05 vs. Sham at matched timepoint; two-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post-hoc test).
