Missing Conflict of Interest Disclosure

In the Brief Report titled “Assessment of Quality of Life and Treatment Outcomes of Patients With Persistent Postchemotherapy Alopecia,”¹ published online March 6, 2019, there was a conflict of interest disclosure that had been reported by Dr Tosti prior to publication but was inadvertently omitted from the published article. Dr Tosti reported serving as a consultant to Andrews & Thornton representing plaintiffs in the taxotere litigation. This article was corrected online.
