The authors regret to have made an error when formulating the abstract of this manuscript. The results section of the abstract currently states: “Higher levels of self- and clinician-rated baseline anxiety and self-rated depressive symptoms, female gender, and higher levels of computer comfortability were associated with increased treatment response.” The abstract should state the following: “Higher levels of self- and clinician-rated baseline anxiety and self-rated depressive symptoms, female gender, and lower levels of computer comfortability were associated with increased treatment response.” The authors feel confident that the results section and the conclusions of the manuscript are correct and should remain unchanged.

The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
