Dariush Mozaffarian's correct affiliation is the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, Tufts University, Boston, MA. These affiliations have been corrected. The conflict of interest statement for Dariush Mozaffarian was also incomplete but has been corrected. In addition to the potential conflicts of interest originally listed, Dariush Mozaffarian also reports patents US8889739 and US9987243 to Tufts University (unlicensed), listing Dariush Mozaffarian as a co-inventor, for use of trans-palmitoleic acid to prevent and treat insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and related conditions, as well as reduce metabolic risk factors.
