Table 3.

Physicochemical changes of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles containing 0.1 mg/mL curcumin. Particles were incubated for 24 h in serum at a volume ratio of 5:1. The hydrodynamic diameter is expressed as a measure of particle size distribution by intensity. All samples were measured in triplicates (n = 9, independent formulations) and data are expressed as means ± SD.
