Immunoblot assay of barbatic acid (21). A549 cells were seeded and treated with 1 and 2 µM of 21 for 48 h. Subsequently, the cells were harvested, and lysates were subjected to immunoblot analysis. As a positive control, doxorubicin was employed at 1 µM concentration. UT represents untreated cells and D is DMSO, vehicle control.
