In the AJKD e-supplement entitled “US Renal Data System 2014 Annual Data Report: Epidemiology of Kidney Disease in the United States” that published in July 2015, there were typographical errors affecting the percentages given in a sentence in chapter 7, “Pediatric ESRD,” of the “ESRD in the United States” section. The second sentence under the “Etiology” heading on page S164 should have read “Consistent with previous years the leading causes of ESRD for 2008–2012 in children are: cystic/hereditary/congenital disorders (38.3 percent), glomerular disease (23.0 percent), and secondary causes of glomerulonephritis (GN) (11.3 percent).” In the published e-supplement, these percentages are erroneously given as 35.9%, 21.5%, and 10.6%, respectively.
